RP: Miryan Have a Extreme confidence on her insanities that sometimes even herself believe in her lies, making her enter in a state of transe boosting her instincts almost like in a mystical way, maybe sometime she fell in her own state of hypnosys, but when she say and stomp her foot about a thing... sometimes it becames true...

The former I'm unsure about. I don't think you should be able to both learn -and- cast with charisma. Should pick one. As for the second, you should give it a cooldown and maybe make it usable only twice a fight. Or just one of those, if you can make that work.

1- she must be hitted to use
2- she suffer damage because she got hit
3-the enemy lose his next offensive action
4- need be hitted again before use

but since people are failing to notice that. i'll reword to make it even more clear and suitable for a level 1

Ah you mean that it automaticaly breaks if the target is attacked prior to taking damage? why didnt you say so?

First one is the only one there I have a problem with, as it reads... you could block with cha? dodge with cha? or is it just out of combat? in which case it's fine

The second one you should remove and just apply for Cha casting, no real need for that in your power. as you learn and cast with cha anyways if you use cha caster.

This Needs only a slight lower, Either attack or Def, and you only get +1 at level 1. Your lable says Weak Power, There are guidelines already up,

There is a objective on that, there is her remembering or dreaming with the legends and lore. so beyond of cha casting she can know facts of shinma with dm permission.

If have more than 2 people in the battle she lose her bonuses completely.

I saw that, but Most battles are still 1vs1, and you are adding 2 to attack/def/magic, all? assuming damage is not included >.> Mind you, Having a downfall is GOOD

the first however is fine if it is not for DF, specify it's effect being outside of combat just to be safe.

Lol not all battle is 1vs1 lol. and allies remove the bonus aswell =P

Well, if it does not add to your Damage rolls then I think it is passable then.

Supponse Gaser has a point.. as its kinda out of guideline.. pick +2 to a single thing or +1 into two selected features... as per the guideline i'd say to be more interms of a rank 1 power... as +2's to several things are more or less more in-regards to a lvl 2 power...
