[RP:] After years of training under Master Nguyen's Monkish Style, Fon Zi's Ki has a completely different density, than mana of many other's, which causes him to not be able to use ANY of the Arcane Arts, Holy Arts, Necromantic Arts, etc. Etc. Except for Melee arts.
[DF:] May only learn Monk and Melee Techs. Cannot learn any other Arts.

Innate: Monkish Speed Training
[RP:] Fon has continued his master's unarmed training, but he has also been working on his speed as well.. He has been wearing weighted robes most of his time. These robes weighed him down considerably. He has worn these robes during all of his training exercises. When he removes them, his body is lighter, faster.
[DF:] +2 to Unarmed Attacks, +2 to dodge.
[XX:] -2 to Weapon Attacks

Semi-Innate: Twin Dragons of Ki Manipulation
[RP:] In his master's tome, it tells of a concoction of Ki-fused ink, where if applied to the body in he form of the tattoo allows for greater Ki control. After a long ritual of applying the ink to his body. The ink soaks into his muscles, forming twin dragons, one black, and the other white. These dragons entwine themselves around Fon's body, and each splitting off down and around his arms to the back of his hands, is were each head is. These ritual allows Fon greater control of his Ki, allowing him to strengthen his muscles at will beyond what they usually do.
[DF:] Can add INT-DMG to unarmed attack damage, instead of Strength.
[DF2:] Int can be used in place of Str for 4 Ki.
[XX:] Strength is a completely useless to him as a Stat. Cannot be used.

Active: Twin Attacks of Ying/Yang Adept [5 Ki to Activate, 2 Ki Upkeep]
[RP:] After the ritual, Fon noticed something else. He can also makes his muscles move faster than normal, allowing him twice the strikes he would normally do in an attack. But if he does this, he splits the strength of his Ki between speed and enhanced damage.
[DF:] Gains an Extra Attack at 1 Rank damage lower than first attack of either Yang Energy (Holy/Positive/Good) Or Ying (Unholy/Evil/Negative). Each attack also gains 1/2 INT bonus to damage, rounded down. Chosen when activated, 3 RP to change.
[XX:]Takes 1 round after Twin Attacks of Ying/Yang Beginner before he gets Ki Manipulation back. Only a signle technique can be used.

Soooo... INT replacing STR as a whole is fine in my view as they cant stack and you cant learn magic anyhow, but i'm not sure what the secondary one means? just attacking with intelligence instead of dex?

No no no no... Well, it could, but why would someone pay 2+ Ki toattack with int, when they already get a free attack with dex? Let's say that Fon get's bound, and e needs str to break, then voila 2 ki, at an attempt to break out of the bind with INT. Of course, I am willing to work with the amount of Ki spent up abit.

Should be spent up a bit if you're using INT in place of STR to break outta binds.

Last i knew we dont even have any binds yet..... but... okay....

Sure we do. Although the current standard binds are highest to break.

Thats becourse we're getting bindings ruled to either have highest, or another set stat (most likely STR) that -cannot- varie to prevent powerbuilding of bindings that can target any stat to break out interms of breaking-game balance.
