[XX:] Strength is a completely useless to him as a Stat. Cannot be used.

Active: Twin Attacks of Ying/Yang Beginner [4 Ki to Activate, 2 Ki Upkeep]
[RP:] In his Master's book is a technique called the "Twin Attacks of Ying/Yang", where the master has complete mastery over the Ying/Yang Ki energies, but Fon Zi is only a beginner, and can only muster up 1 attack with it. Which he has to reroute his Ki Manipulation to use this technique.
[DF:] Gains an Extra Attack at 1 Rank damage lower than first attack of either Yang Energy (Holy/Positive/Good) Or Ying (Unholy/Evil/Negative). Chosen when activated, 3 RP to change.
[XX:] Does not get Ki Manipulation beginner during this, and takes 1 round after Twin Attacks of Ying/Yang Beginner before he gets Ki Manipulation back.

Might aswell modify the below into what it is... as i think you wont be able to get any higher than a +2
with this power at this level anyways.. as an example is my character it still has a +2 dmg from STR at
lvl 24.. soyeah might aswell make it to below instead of just making it increase as you cant realy reach over
its cap untill lvl 25 when you can buy stats anyways.. and get a new power heh.

Just saying quite frankly the above one just outdraws any chances of turning this into a powerbuild (omni-spell user) anywho, as essentialy even with above change it would Balance-wise be the same as a normal STR build even at MAX as it doesnt stack and only applies to unarmed, while disabling any other techniques, you're a monk and it doesnt allow you to become super-duper having multiple bonuses from the same stat anywho so i'd say its legit with above change, since usualy a normal STR user tends to go with additional bonus damage ontop of his STR-Bonus dmg, which also makes this slightly weaker in comparison.

As for this.. it seems fine as it takes away your extra Damage bonuses while under use... my personal suggestion is to make the elements varie totaly randomly rather than chosen, or maybe add all avaible elements to the list as a form of roll at use to determine which it ends up as, no extra dmg bonuses ontop of either of the 2 said attacks anyways which easily makes it counterable with DR or DR per hit.
