So like ... Humans/Elves/ext get 3 Powers ...? How does That work ...? Do they Still Release ...? ... Woof? X.x

Three total powers that everyone can get, yes. Forbidden being optional and rarely approved. Does a character still release? If they didn't release, then no one would have powers to add to their role-play.

But it says you get three powers -and- a forbidden power ...

Forbidden is a omg rare to get, think teir 4..maybe that should be cleaned. Humans get 1-4 powers 4th being forbidden most likely.

ok ... so which of the other three is their Perma-release, and which one do they normally release too ...?

No, it says it is optional. It is not guaranteed to be granted if one attempts to even try for it.

As for a "perma-release", people may request it in their powers or role-play any power of theirs as always active.

No no ... I mean ... :flails: ugu! Okay, it says right below what I quoted that there is a level 15, then 25 ... it says nothing about the 35. Im asking basically:

Does rank 2 replace rank 1, and then you get the +5 perm power bonus that originally came from your rank 1 Power? And then you Release to Level 35 power, and then IF you have a Rank Forbidden power, you then Release to that? Is that right ...? So ...

Rank 1 Power - lvl 15
Rank 2 Power - lvl 25 [Replaces Rank 1 Power]
Rank 3 Power - level 35 [Must be released,w hen it is released heals 10 hp/mp, Grants a +10 release bonus, and removes bonuses from Rank 2 Power]
Forbidden Power - level 40, 50 Tokens, Rolplay, and DM Team Permission [When Released Heals 5 HP/Mp, and Grants a +12 Release Bonus Stacking with Rank 2 Powers like it always has?]
