Ie. Test runs before implementation!
Sounds pretty awesome, would just have to make sure somehow that it won't allow players to exceed their statcap (35?) otherwise you'll have a few issues.
Not sure how you'll manage that unless you can introduce a script into it where it adds up the values and stops the chat from working once the value reaches 35.
And, naturally so it won't go past 38, although i'd imagine that'd be a more simpler matter of having the chat option end (stop showing up or stop having any function) once it reached that certain point.
There's also the issue of people exceeding the 1 level/day unless you could throw in a script allowing each player to use the level option once a day, the script resetting once every 24 hours.
In short, it's an awesome suggestion, but its also a lot of work and a lot of massive headaches for whoever's working on it.
