Where are you from, hmm?

You're often asked that as a new character shows up and the setting itself does not allow for you to say "I'm from a faraway land" - since there are no faraway lands on Shinma!
So here you go, a few tips on how to determine where possibly your character is from.


Humans with Modern names of today.

If your last name is Nordic (Hansen, Johansson, Hvidsten), mongolian(Kap Hwan, Dae Yong etc), or Scottish (McLeod, McNamara, etc) you can be a barbarian of Kalian Ro'brako or from the northern kingdom of Kima Kur'tara City.

If your last name is eastern european (Wazowski, Kovacs, Jenecz etc), or Russian (Boskov, Karnov, Gargaroff etc), you are from Arania.

If your last name is generic from nwn or greek, italian, spanish, american/ brittish, you are from Wynaria City.

If your last name is southeastern, turkish, arabic, indian, pakistani, you are from the Southern Kingdom or Shirza-Ka

If your last name is asian - japanese, chinese, taiwanese, etc, you are from Ryuju Island.

What if they don't have a last name?

Tim, if your character has no last name, it's either due to:
-Not knowing where his family is from
-Loss of memory
-Just not giving them a last-name

You can just say he doesn't know where exactly he's from. For what reason he doesn't is up to you.
